My home team, the San Francisco Giants, won the World Series tonight, sweeping the Detroit Tigers in four games. It was a sweet victory, indeed. This was a team in every sense of the word.

Sue and I were lucky enough to go to games two and six of the NCLS, as well as game one of the World Series here in San Francisco. I took this photo with my iPhone from our seats in the View Box deck during the singing of the National Anthem just before the start of game one.
